BOOK A CLASS HERE

Our specialised group fitness is designed especially for people over 50, with a focus on:

  • Improving your overall health, mobility, and helping you live without pain

  • Bridging the gap between rehab and staying active, so you don’t lose the progress you’ve made

  • Creating a friendly community where you can connect with others and feel supported both physically and emotionally

What to Expect from Our Classes

Our group sessions include a mix of strength training, gentle cardio, and exercises to improve balance and coordination. It’s a well-rounded workout designed to help you feel stronger, more stable, and confident in your movements.

We make safety and enjoyment our top priorities. Each class begins with a proper warm-up to get your body ready, and we always finish with gentle stretching and mobility exercises to help you cool down and recover.

The main goal of our sessions is to help you build and maintain muscle, support healthy bones, and improve your overall strength and stability – all important for staying active and independent as you age.

Our approach is based on the latest research and many years of hands-on experience, so you can feel confident you're in good hands.
